![]() I have to admit that the closest I've come to being a rap music fan is when it has a rap-rock edge like some Linkin Park or Red Hot Chili Peppers tunes. But what about a rap-health edge? Hmmm. . . I love fruits and veggies as well as some amazing talent, so of course I couldn't resist this video. It features a bunch of talented teens rapping about junk food, complete with a shady-looking Burger King king, a Ronald McDonald who has seen better days, gritty scenery, and lyrics that talk about sugar cane going right to the brain. The video was put on by teens as part of a Muse Video production, which works with youth organizations interested in blending their talents with world news. I have to hand it to these teens. Not only are their skills amazing, but their awareness of what junk foods do to the body is a serious message well-worth heeding. What's not to love?
